Bengaluru: Bounteous, an AI services firm, has opened an expanded office in Bengaluru as it takes on more AI work for large companies around the world.

The firm has operated in India for more than two decades and counts more than 70 Fortune Global 2000 companies among its clients. Its Bengaluru teams work on engineering, data and technology projects for those clients.

“Bengaluru is an important part of our global engineering and delivery operations, and this expansion builds on the strong foundation we have established here.”

Sudarshan Mandayam, CEO, Bounteous

In June 2026, Bounteous joined Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network as a launch Preferred Services Partner. In the four months since, it has trained and certified more than 1,000 Claude architects. It also runs its own platform, Bounteous Arc, for building and operating AI agents.

Bounteous employs more than 5,000 people worldwide and has offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram and Hyderabad. It is backed by New Mountain Capital.

Our analysis

The hard part of AI for big companies is no longer the software. It is finding enough skilled people to put it to work. Bounteous is betting it can find them in India faster than anywhere else, which makes Bengaluru the limit on how much new business it can take on.
