UPS has inaugurated Phase 3 of its Chennai Technology Centre, expanding the facility’s infrastructure and operational capacity. The center supports logistics engineering, enterprise systems, and digital transformation programs across the company’s global network.

UPS has not disclosed the financial scale or headcount additions associated with the expansion.

The Chennai center is part of UPS’s broader technology infrastructure, which spans digital supply chain operations, route optimization, automation integration, and enterprise cybersecurity. UPS operates across more than 200 countries, delivers around 22 million packages daily, and reported approximately $91 billion in global revenue in 2025.

Alongside the infrastructure expansion, UPS Chennai launched a Creative Club, an employee-led initiative focused on business storytelling, ideation, and cross-functional collaboration.
