Noodle (formerly Care ADHD) Expands Its GCC in Bengaluru

Noodle, the UK ADHD care provider formerly known as Care ADHD, moved its Bengaluru capability centre into a 140 desk facility on ITPL Main Road in July 2026, up from a 17 seat start. It runs technology, data and operations teams there to support its clinical and virtual care services.

Noodle, formerly Care ADHD, is a digital mental health provider based in the UK that offers ADHD assessment, diagnosis and treatment through technology enabled services. It is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, sees patients privately and through the NHS Right to Choose pathway in England, and has acquired the virtual care platform Duty Doctor. The company says on its UK website that its service is unchanged under the new name, and it reports 170,000 clinical appointments delivered.

What the centre does

The company started in India in August 2025 with a 17 seat office in Bengaluru, and in December 2025 opened what it called its first global capability centre, inaugurated by a senior British trade official. By July 2026 the operation had expanded to a 140 desk facility at Earth Centre on ITPL Main Road.

The centre houses technology, data and operations teams. Its work covers diagnostic tools, patient engagement systems and virtual consultation integrations, along with support for Duty Doctor, and the company says its Bengaluru technology teams already build platforms used by thousands of UK patients. It has also said it will open its first Indian ADHD clinic in Bengaluru from October 2026, bringing clinical, engineering, cybersecurity and operational work together in the city. It has not disclosed the clinic’s exact address or opening date.

Why Bengaluru

The company has said it wanted to draw on India’s engineering and product talent, and its chief executive described Bengaluru as one of the most vibrant technology innovation hubs globally. The company now calls the city one of its two global homes, and the planned clinic extends its Bengaluru work from technology and support into clinical services.

What it signals

Growing from 17 seats to 140 desks in under a year is fast for a healthcare provider, and the company’s stated aim of bringing clinicians, product teams and engineers together suggests the centre shapes how care is delivered rather than only running back office tasks. The planned clinic is the bigger shift, since a centre built to serve UK patients is becoming the base for a patient facing business in India. That raises new questions: its UK regulator does not cover Indian services, and the company has not yet set out its local registration or clinical leadership.
