Foreign technology major Google Cloud has partnered with ITC Infotech to drive the services provider’s shift to an agentic-first enterprise and accelerate AI-powered growth for its global customers. ITC Infotech becomes its own “customer zero” for Gemini Enterprise, deploying, validating, and scaling Google’s agentic AI platform across the organisation before taking proven methodologies and blueprints to customers.
By putting AI to work in its own operations first, ITC Infotech aims to give customers implementation experience grounded in measurable results.

The deployment runs across ITC Infotech’s operations. For core developer teams, Antigravity optimises development velocity, manages legacy code migration at scale, reduces code complexity, and speeds application modernisation. With Gemini Enterprise, the company is building specialised AI agents and running multi-agent orchestration to execute complex corporate tasks autonomously within a secure, sovereign AI environment. Gemini Enterprise is also integrated across administrative, HR, finance, and legal functions, automating processes from RFP drafting to IT and HR service tickets and invoice audits.
The two companies will also establish AI Centers of Excellence in different cities, serving as innovation hubs to build Google Cloud AI capabilities and industry-specific blueprints with enterprise agent frameworks. ITC Infotech will pair its firsthand deployment experience with domain expertise to build custom blueprints for the consumer packaged goods, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.
