Founded in 1999, DSP has chosen Bengaluru for its first international operation, focusing on Oracle, Microsoft, and multi-cloud database services for clients across Europe and North America.
DSP, a UK-based enterprise database management company founded in 1999, opened its first overseas Global Capability Centre in Bengaluru on June 4, 2026. The centre operates from GoodWorks GCC Nexus at Prestige Tech Park and was established in partnership with SansoviGCC by GoodWorks Group.
The facility was inaugurated by Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, CEO of Karnataka Digital Economy Mission, and KT Rajan, Director of Technology, Innovation, Education and Skills at the British Deputy High Commission.
The Bengaluru centre will deliver managed services, database consultancy, and cloud solutions across Oracle, Microsoft, and multi-cloud environments, supporting global clients in managing mission-critical database infrastructure.
Paul Cocks, Group Chief Operating Officer of DSP, said at the inauguration: “Bengaluru is the perfect location to scale innovation.” Cocks added that the centre will combine global expertise with local talent to strengthen the company’s consulting and technology capabilities across the Oracle ecosystem.
KT Rajan said at the event that UK-India collaboration creates sustainable opportunities for future generations.
DSP serves clients across startups, mid-market firms, and large enterprises in Europe and North America. Karnataka currently hosts over 1,000 GCCs employing more than 660,000 professionals, representing 40% of India’s total GCC workforce.
DSP’s entry is part of a broader pattern of mid-sized UK technology firms choosing Bengaluru for their first overseas operations, using managed GCC models to establish an international presence without building captive infrastructure from scratch.
DSP is a UK-based enterprise database management company headquartered in the United Kingdom, founded in 1999.
