Visualfabriq launched a capability centre in Hyderabad in April 2026 through a build operate transfer model with Indigrators. The Dutch revenue growth management software company uses it for product engineering, technology innovation and global application support for its AI pricing and promotions platform. Headcount was not disclosed.
Visualfabriq is a software company headquartered in Maarssen in the Netherlands that sells a revenue growth management platform to consumer goods manufacturers. Founded in 2013, it uses AI to help companies decide on pricing, promotions and revenue, and lists Heineken, Unilever, Mars and Perrigo among its customers. The company is backed by growth equity firm PSG and has offices in Amsterdam, London, New York, Singapore, Barcelona and Johannesburg alongside its new India site.
What the centre does
Visualfabriq announced its Hyderabad capability centre on 20 April 2026. The centre handles product engineering, technology innovation and global application support for the company’s AI pricing and promotions platform. Its chief executive described the India unit as part of a strategy to scale on every continent, and its finance chief called Indigrators a valued partner from the very beginning.
The centre was set up under a build operate transfer arrangement with Indigrators, a GCC advisory firm that helped establish it and will keep supporting the India team and its work with global operations. Visualfabriq said the model let it scale product engineering quickly while keeping long term ownership and control of its technology roadmap. It has not disclosed headcount, investment or hiring targets.
Why Hyderabad
Visualfabriq has not given specific reasons for choosing Hyderabad. Its announcement pointed more broadly to India’s mature technology ecosystem and its growing base of global capability centres. Indigrators said that as the Hyderabad centre grows, it is expected to play a key role in Visualfabriq’s global technology roadmap.
What it signals
Visualfabriq had about 100 employees when PSG invested in 2021, so a captive engineering centre is a meaningful commitment for a company of its size. The build operate transfer route lowers the risk: a partner runs early hiring and operations, and Visualfabriq can take full control once the team is stable. Putting product engineering in India, not only support, suggests the company wants the centre to add to its roadmap rather than simply maintain it. With no headcount disclosed, though, it is hard to judge how quickly that will happen.
