Skoda Auto Volkswagen India is the Indian arm of the Volkswagen Group and manages the Skoda, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche and Lamborghini brands in the country. It builds vehicles and engines at plants in Chakan near Pune and in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, formed in 2019 by merging Volkswagen India, Volkswagen Group Sales India and Skoda Auto India.
