Roche Products (India) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Roche Group. Diagnostics runs through Roche Diagnostics India Private Limited, and digital work sits in Roche Information Solutions India and Roche Services and Solutions.

Investment and deals
In October 2025 Roche committed at least 1.5 billion Swiss francs over five years to its core businesses in India, including research and development. In January 2024 it opened a 200,000 sq ft digital centre of excellence in Pune, and in July 2026 it announced a second digital tech hub in Hyderabad, due to open in 2027.
