Nestle's India business
Nestle India was incorporated in New Delhi on March 28, 1959, and opened its first factory at Moga in Punjab in 1961. The company has nine manufacturing facilities in India, the newest at Sanand in Gujarat, where production began in October 2021.
In FY2025 it had 8,419 permanent employees and workers plus 7,831 contractual personnel. Nestle India posted revenue of Rs 20,201 crore for 2025.
