Isuzu Motors India Private Limited is a subsidiary of Isuzu Motors of Japan, with Mitsubishi Corporation also participating in the venture since 2012.

A second phase added a press shop and an engine assembly plant in February 2020. The company exported 20,312 commercial vehicles in FY2024 to 25, the most of any commercial vehicle maker in India.
